BNQ GLOBAL transitions to a decentralized DAO organization and discontinues existing Operations Centers.

Effective June 30, 2026, at 24:00 Singapore Time:

• The existing Operations Center partnership model will be officially terminated.
• All Operations Center-related management mechanisms will be discontinued.
• The platform will no longer maintain centralized operational institutions.
• Responsibilities previously handled by Operations Centers will gradually be assumed by community-based autonomous organizations.

Beginning in July 2026, BNQ GLOBAL will fully enter the development phase of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).

This transition will move BNQ from a centralized management structure to a globally governed community-driven model.

As the DAO governance framework continues to mature, key decisions within the BNQ ecosystem will increasingly be determined through community proposals and voting mechanisms.

We encourage community members worldwide to actively participate in ecosystem development and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of BNQ.

We sincerely thank all Operations Center leaders and community partners for their valuable contributions to the development of the BNQ ecosystem.
